Ramp Communications repair department has an extensive inventory of replacement parts in stock. Using state-of-the-art diagnostics equipment and repair tools, our expert technicians utilize proven, repeatable processes to ensure your repairs are completed right the first time, every time.
For Wireless Headset Systems or Wired headsets, cords, and Y-adapters used during pushback, deicing, aircraft movement, follow the three steps below to help expedite the repair process.
1. Put the headsets in a sturdy box and fill it with appropriate packing. Please do not use shredded paper since it takes additional time to remove from your products.
2. If you have never used us before, please email your Name, Company Name, Return Address, Telephone Number, and FedEx Account Number to timd@rampcommunications.com.
3. Send the equipment to Ramp Communications at the following address:

No forms are required, but it helps if you can tell us what problems you're having with each piece of equipment you send in.
Everything will be repaired to factory specifications and returned to you.
Billing is through pre-arranged terms, and if you don't have an account, just call us and we'll get you set up.
