Modu Machina products are repaired by Ramp Communications.
Turnaround time is usually 5-7 business days.
To obtain warranty repair, return the products using the following procedure:
1. Contact Ramp Communications by email, or by telephone as follows:
You may be asked to complete a warranty service request form.
2. Include a Contact Name, Return Address, Telephone Number and Email Address.
3. Label and ship the products, freight prepaid, to Ramp Communications at the following address:

Repairs will be completed and the products returned to the customer at no charge via ground shipping.
Non-Warranty repairs are billed by Ramp Communications and returned to the customer. Expedited shipping is available at Ramp's cost.

Please send pushback and deicing headsets for repair. Due to supply chain shortages, new headsets are delayed. Repair parts are in stock to get your headsets back in service. DON'T WAIT, and remember, repairs are First In, First Out.
